Quinceañera website template

A quinceañera website for the whole family.

A quinceañera often has two parts, a Mass or blessing and a reception, plus a court, padrinos, and relatives traveling in from far away. The website keeps all of it in one place, and can be written in English, Spanish, or both.

Planning guide

What to include on a quinceañera website.

  • Mass and reception

List both with times and addresses. If guests are only invited to the reception, make that clear.

  • The court and padrinos

Naming the damas, chambelanes, and padrinos honors them and helps guests know who is who on the day.

  • Language

Write the page in the languages your guests speak. A bilingual page makes grandparents and school friends equally comfortable.

  • Dress code

Receptions range from semi-formal to black tie. One line saves a lot of questions.

  • Travel

Relatives often travel for a quince. Add nearby hotels and the closest airport.

  • Traditions and gifts

Explain any traditions guests can take part in, such as the last doll or the money dance, and whether gifts are expected. Friends who have never attended a quince will appreciate the guidance.

Wording tips

Say it clearly, and kindly.

  • Open with the family's invitation.

With the blessing of God and the love of her family, Sofía Ramírez invites you to celebrate her quince años.
  • Write both languages side by side rather than two separate pages, so everyone sees the same details.

  • Thank the padrinos by name. It is a meaningful gesture in the community.

Questions, answered

Quinceañera website FAQ.

Can my quinceañera website be in Spanish?

Yes. Describe your event in Spanish, or ask for both languages, and you can review and edit every word before you publish.

How early should we share the link?

Two to three months ahead, especially when family is traveling. Ask for replies four weeks before the date.

Do guests need an account to reply?

No. Guests reply from the link on any phone or computer.

When should a quinceañera be held?

Close to the fifteenth birthday, often on the nearest Saturday. Many families book the church and hall nine to twelve months ahead, so share the date early even if the details come later.
