Accessibility Statement

Eventloom aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for hosts and guests.

Our commitment

We want hosts and guests to be able to use Eventloom with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test with automated tools and by hand.

Event pages

Event pages are designed by hosts, partly with AI. We check text colour contrast and let hosts describe their photos for people who can't see them, but a host's choices can still affect how accessible a page is. Hosts: please describe your photos and check that your page reads clearly.

Get help or report a barrier

If something on Eventloom is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email hello@eventloom.co with the page link and how you would like us to respond. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
